 Description

Low, loose, dull-green, cushion shrublet with dense, clustered, appressed, leafy branchlets. Gnarled, older leafless stems usually visible. Leaf hairs dense, straight, grey–white abaxially with only sparse hairs or glabrous adaxially. Flowers 1, 2 or 3 to a head. No fruits observed.
