Scientific Name:
Papaver somniferum subsp. setigerum (DC.) Corb.
 Description

Stems rarely taller than 60 cm. Lvs sharply dentate; teeth often tipped with a spiny hair; midrib setulose beneath. Capsule obovoid, (10)–15–20 × (5)–10–15 mm; stigma rays 5–8–(10).
